Edith M. Lowry
BRIGHTON - Edith M. Lowry, 87, of Brighton, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2002, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, following a brief illness.
A funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, March 3, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Pleasant Plain, with the Rev. Charles Fladung officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be held at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton, Saturday evening after a 7:30 p.m. wake service. Memorials may be directed to the St. Joseph Memorial Fund or the Brighton Volunteer First Responders.
