Edith P. Wilmesmeier

Edith P. Wilmesmeier, 70, of Lomax, Ill., died at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, 2005, at Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, Ill.

      The memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m. today at Prugh's Chapel, with the Rev. Randy Gearhart officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. today at the chapel. The body has been cremated. A memorial has been established to the American Diabetes Association.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Anna Boyles of Mt. Pleasant, and Kris Schnedler of Mediapolis; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Shirley Gnagy of Citrus Heights, Calif., and Dorothy Gualtieri of Dallas City, Ill.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and two brothers.
