Edith Stacy
Edith Stacy, 95 of Wayland, formally of Brighton, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005 at the Parkview Home in Wayland following declining health.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, at the Wayland Mennonite Church with Gerry Klopfenstein and Pam Unruh officiating. Private family burial will be prior to the service at Hillcrest Cemetery in Brighton. According to Edith's wishes, her body has been cremated and there will be no formal visitation. Beatty Funeral Home in Wayland is assisting with arrangements.
Mrs. Stacy was born July 8, 1910 in East Pleasant Plain, the daughter of Burdell and Venolia (Heald) Montgomery.
