Edna Glee McGovern Page Holmes
KEOTA-Edna Glee McGovern Page Holmes, 92, of Keota, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at Maplewood Manor in Keota.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, at United Church of Faith in Keota, with the Rev. Sallie Graves officiating. Burial will be in Keota Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. this afternoon at Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota, with family present from 6 to 8 this evening. A memorial has been established for United Church of Faith.
Mrs. Holmes was born on Oct. 1, 1912, in Washington, to Owen and Edna (Turnipseed) McGovern. On Nov. 19, 1931, she married Kenneth E. Holmes in Carthage, Ill.
