Edna Hawkins
Edna Hawkins, 87, of Montrose and formerly of Argyle died at 8:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5, 2005 at the Montrose Health Center in Montrose.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8 at the Argyle Presbyterian Church with Rev. Alice Hawes officiating. Family will meet with friends from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Argyle Memorial Gardens. A memorial has been established to the Argyle Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Hawkins was born June 25, 1918 in Charleston, the daughter of Ed and Ortha Newberry Swinderman.
