Edna Swartzendruber
KALONA - Edna Swartzendruber, 92, of Kalona, died Monday, Oct. 20, 2003, at Pleasantview Home in Kalona, following a lengthy illness.
Celebration of Life services will be held on Thursday, Oct. 23, at 10 a.m., at Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church in rural Kalona, with the Rev. Don Patterson officiating. Burial will be in Lower Deer Creek Cemetery in rural Wellman. Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 2 p.m., at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with family present from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
Mrs. Swartzendruber was born on April 13, 1911, in rural Kalona, to Joe D. and Anna (Yoder) Yoder. She married Clarence Swartzendruber.
