Edward ?Ed? Joseph Shebek

RIVERSIDE ? Edward ?Ed? Joseph Shebek, 78, of Riverside, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at his home.

Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 5, at St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Riverside. Burial will be in the St. Vincent?s Cemetery with full military rites provided by the Riverside VFW Post 6414. Following the committal services at the cemetery, a time of food and fellowship will be held at St. Mary?s Parish Center. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the church, with a 4 p.m. rosary and a 7 p.m. prayer service. Memorials may be directed to the St. Vincent?s Cemetery Fund or Iowa City Hospice. The Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Riverside is handling the arrangements.
