Edward L. Kauffman
WASHINGTON - Edward L. Kauffman, 87, of Washington died Monday, Sept. 4, 2006 in the Washington Care Center after failing in health for the past nine months.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in St. James Catholic Church in Washington with the Rev. Ed O'Melia officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8:30 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home followed by a fourth degree Knights of Columbus service. Interment will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. A general memorial fund has been established.
