Edward O. Hendricks
Edward O. Hendricks, 83, of rural Mt. Pleasant near Rome, died on Friday, April 12, 2002, at the Henry County Health Center emergency room following an accidental drowning in a lake at his farm.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 17 at the Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with the Revs. John Royer and Guy Sammons of the Rome Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16 with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Grant Cemetery in Rome with full military honors. Memorials may be made to Henry County Health Center Emergency and Rescue Services.
