Eileen Marie Kinsinger was born September 10, 1926 in Milford, Nebraska, the daughter of Alvin and Mary (Roth) Burkey. In January of 1966, Eileen was united in marriage to Marvin Kinsinger in Milford, Nebraska. They made their home in rural Parnell where they farmed. Eileen has lived in the Kalona community since 2001. She was a member of he West Union Mennonite Church. She enjoyed tending to her flower gardens and decorating cakes. Eileen passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at the Pleasantview Home in Kalona at the age of 92 years.

Eileen is survived by her sister Marilyn Graham of Kalona. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Marvin in 2003, and a brother and sister-in-law Warren and Phoebe Burkey.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the West Union Mennonite Church in rural Parnell. Burial will be in the West Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3:00 - 7:00 PM on Friday, May 10, 2019 at the Yoder-Powell Funeral Home in Kalona.
