Elda Bertelli Metz
CENTERVILLE - Elda Bertelli Metz, 84, formerly of Centerville, died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2005, at Park View Care Center in Fairfield.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 22. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, Iowa. Memorials have been established for the Alzheimer's Association or the Elda Bertelli Metz Nursing Scholarship. Arrangements are being handled by Thomas Lange Funeral Home in Centerville.
Mrs. Metz was born Aug. 17, 1921, to John and Maria (Vieceli) Bertelli in Numa. She married Thomas H. Simpson. He preceded her in death in 1967. She later married Wesley Kenneth Metz. He preceded her in death in 1996.
