Eldon Leland Jarrard

LONE TREE  ? Eldon Leland Jarrard, 83, of North Liberty, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010, in Windmill Manor in Coralville.

    Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, at the Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Lone Tree with the Rev. Alecia Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Lone Tree Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, where a Masonic service will be held at 7 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established.

    Mr. Jarrard was born March 30, 1927, in Muscatine, the son of Harry and Mildred (Watson) Jarrard. He married Diane Abrams in 1948 in Iowa City. She preceded him in death. He later married Elizabeth ?Betty? Malone on Dec. 31, 1975, in Iowa City.
