Eli M. Borntrager
KALONA - Eli M. Borntrager, 93, of Kalona died Friday, Dec. 16, 2005, at his home, following a brief illness.
Funeral services were held today in rural Kalona. Burial was in South Gingerich Cemetery. Yoder-Powell Funeral Home in Kalona is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Borntrager was born April 22, 1912, in Dodge City, Kan., to Menno and Mattie (Hochstetler) Borntrager. He married Anna Miller in Kalona on Oct. 18, 1934. She preceded him in death in 1956. He married Katie Bontrager in Jamesport on Aug. 3, 1958. She preceded him in death in 2004.
