Ellen Pearson

      Ellen Pearson, 100, of rural Libertyville, died Aug. 15, 2007, at home.

      A service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds, with the Rev. Jerry Caughron officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery in Libertyville.

      Open visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where family will be present from 6-8 p.m.

      Memorials to Mount Zion Community Church or Libertyville Community Center may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 15113 105th St., Libertyville 52567.

      Mrs. Pearson was born Nov. 6, 1906, near Libertyville, the daughter of Joseph B. and Grace Camblin Tedrow. She married Glenn E. Pearson Nov. 6, 1928, at her parents' home. He died June 29, 2006.
