Eloise E. 'Sis' Johnston

      Eloise E. "Sis" Johnston, 79, of Fairfield, died at 12:11 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      A funeral is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. Stephen Page officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.

      A Rosary will start at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield, followed by a Wake service with visitation until 5:30 p.m.

      A memorial has been established for Mass stipends.

      Mrs. Johnston was born Nov. 1, 1927, in Fairfield, the daughter of Edward F. and Beatrice Schrack Kurka. She married Robert D. Johnston July 9, 1960, at St. Mary Catholic Church. He died Sept. 7, 1990.
