Elsie Marie Neece
RICHLAND-Elsie Marie Neece, 76, of Richland, died Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, at Woolson Friends Church south of Richland, with the Rev. Ned Van Nostrand and the Rev. Carl Ratcliff officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery. Family visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening, at Gould Funeral Home in Richland. Memorials may be directed to Woolson Friends Church.
Mrs. Neece was born on Sept. 21, 1927, in Salina, to Charles H. and Ella Anna (Trail) Rubey. She married Thomas Leroy Neece in Fairfield on April 18, 1948.
