Enid G. Faber April 29, 1911 - August 10, 2003

      Enid G. Faber, 92, of London, Ohio, formerly of Des Moines, died on Sunday, Aug. 10, 2003, at the Madison House Assisted Care Facility in London.

      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16 at Dunn's Funeral Home in Des Moines, with the Rev. Timothy Diebel officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home two hours prior to the service. Entombment will follow the funeral service at 2:30 p.m. in the Masonic Cemetery Mausoleum in Des Moines. A memorial has been established to the First Christian Church, 2500 University, Des Moines IA 50311.

      Survivors include four children, Karen and her husband Ivyl Gilbert of Choctaw Lake, Ohio; Linda and her husband Ralph Walker of Reno, Nev. and Des Moines; Brian and his wife Sondra Faber of Seattle, Wash.; and Bruce and his wife Dawn Faber of Scottsdale, Ariz.; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; a brother, Dr. Clifton and his wife Jackie Harlan of Ava, Mo.; and a sister-in-law Berdena Caffery of Davenport.

      She was preceded in death by her husband in 1997.
