Erma M. Plowman

      Erma M. Plowman, 101, of Geneseo, Ill., formerly of Letts, died Friday, Dec. 19, 2008, in Hillcrest Home in Geneseo.

      Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, in the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction. Burial will be in Letts cemetery. A time of food and fellowship will be held at the Letts Community center following the interment. Visitation will be from noon until the time of the service Tuesday in the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established.

      Mrs. Plowman was born Aug. 30, 1907, in Letts, the daughter of Ithamer T. and Olive Diane (Elliot) Lamb. She married Harlan A. Plowman on Aug. 14, 1928 in Muscatine.
