Ernest J. Hartsock

      BRIGHTON - Ernest J. Hartsock, 82, of Brighton, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2008, in the Washington County Hospital after being in failing health.

      Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, in the First Church of God in Brighton with the Rev. Rick Hughes and Elder Ryan Meader officiating. Burial will be in Hummer Cemetery north of Sharon Center. Visitation with the family will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the Church. Memorials may be made to the family. Gould Funeral Home of Brighton is handling the arrangements.

      Mr. Hartsock was born July 21, 1925, near Sharon Center, the son of Ernest L. and Clarice M. (Glider) Hartsock. He married Geraldine Albright on Sept. 7, 1951, in Clinton.
