Esther Alice Harlan
Esther Alice Harlan, 92, of Keokuk, died on Thursday, June 13, 2002, at River Hills Village in Keokuk.
The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18, at the Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington with the Rev. Craig Burton officiating. A gathering of family and friends will follow the graveside service. Visitation began at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 17, at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established for the Evangelical Free Church of Keokuk.
