Esther Wright

Esther Lorraine Wright, 78, of Park Place Care Center in Mt. Pleasant, died at 7:40 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, 2004, at the care center.

      The memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 28 at King-Lynk Funeral Home in Fort Madison, with the Rev. Thomas Parlette officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established.

Survivors include a daughter, Anna Watson of Fort Madison; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald J. Page of Fort Madison; and two sisters, Betty Roberts of Burlington, and Lynda Utterbach of Overland Park, Kan.

      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, three daughters and two brothers.
