Ethan Roy Murphy
Ethan Roy Murphy, 1, of Brighton, died suddenly and unexpectedly, Sunday, Oct. 19, 2003, at Washington County Hospital in Washington.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23, at United Methodist Church in Washington, with the Rev. Brian Gentz, the Rev. Brett Best, and the Rev. Mark Young officiating. Burial will be in Sandy Hook Cemetery in Brighton. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Camp REECE or Camp Jubilee.
Ethan was born on Oct. 19, 2002, in Iowa City, to Michael and Marcy (Goettsche) Murphy.
