Ethel D. Funk September 16, 1927 - September 10, 2005
Ethel Darlene Funk, 77, a resident of Kahl Home in Davenport, formerly of Bettendorf, died from complications of a sudden illness Saturday, Sept. 10, 2005, at Genesis West Medical Center.
The funeral and Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Davenport. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13 at Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home in Davenport. A memorial has been established to the Kahl Home for the Aged in Davenport.
Survivors include an uncle, Leonard Bauman of West Burlington.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Verla Funk.
