Ethel P. Stephens, 90, of Washington, died on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, at Halcyon House Health Care Center in Washington, following a lengthy illness.
The funeral service was held on Feb. 8 at Ainsworth Community Church, with the Rev. Scott Nesbitt officiating.
