Ethel Virginia Hauenstein

      WAYLAND - Ethel Virginia Hauenstein, 94, of Wayland, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, at Washington County Hospital.

      Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005, at Fern Cliff Evangelical Free Church, with the Rev. Charles Visser officiating. Burial will be in Eicher Cemetery. Visitation began today at noon at Beatty Funeral Home in Wayland, where family will be present from 5 to 7 p.m. Memorials in the name of Ethel Hauenstein may be designated to Fern Cliff Evangelical Free Church Sunday School.

      Mrs. Hauenstein was born June 23, 1910, northwest of Wayland, the daughter of Eli and Minnie (Zuhn) Speidel. She graduated from Wayland High School in 1928. On June 27, 1928, she married Willard Hauenstein in Noble.
