Eugene 'Gene' W. Lukavsky
DES MOINES - Eugene "Gene" W. Lukavsky, 70, of Clive, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2002, at his home, following a lengthy illness.
The body has been cremated. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with the Rev. Robert Hess officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Columbarium in West Des Moines. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. this evening at the Westover Funeral Home in Des Moines. Memorials may be directed to Intrust Hospice Services or the American Lung Association.
