Eunice B. Yeager, 95, of Martinsburg, died at 3:18 p.m. January 15, 2023 at Manor House in Sigourney.

She was born July 17, 1927 in Middletown, IA to Dale and Alice Walker. Eunice married Millard D. Yeager on November 16, 1952 at Farson Baptist Church and he preceded her in death on April 18, 2010.

A graduate of Farson High School, Eunice worked in the offices of John Morrell & Co. from 1947 to 1952.

She was a member of Peoples Church north of Batavia and attended Farson Baptist Church.

Surviving are her children, Steven (Donna) Yeager of Martinsburg and Cheryl Lankford of Williamsburg; two grandchildren, David (Morgan) Lankford of Chicago, IL and Marcus (Amanda) Lankford of South Amana; two great-grandchildren, Zoey and Avery Lankford; two brothers, Dale J. (Shirley) Walker of Farson and Derald (Lucille) Walker of New Berlin, WI.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Wilma Whittington and Lola Chambers, and a brother, Donald Walker.

Graveside services and burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday, January 19th at Competine Cemetery with Pastor Bill Hornback officiating.

Memorials may be made to Keokuk County Hospice.
