Eunice Lenore Marner

      WELLMAN - Eunice Lenore Marner, 93, of Wellman, died suddenly on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008, in the Silver Pond Assisted Living Center in Wellman.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, in the Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church, near Wellman, with the Rev. Don Patterson officiating. Burial will be in the Lower Deer Creek Cemetery, near Wellman. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman, where the family will be present from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church.

      Mrs. Marner was born July 3, 1915, in LaJunta, Colo., the daughter of George and Sarah (Kreider) Reber. She married Ora Marner on Dec. 1, 1935 in the home of John Y. Swartzendruber in Johnson County.
