Eva Aldora Stever

      Eva Aldora Stever, 88, of Fairfield, died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008, at Scotland County Hospital in Memphis, Mo.

      A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Jim McGaffy officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.

      Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

      Memorials may be made to Jefferson County Park, which was originally part of the Stever property.

       Mrs. Stever was born Aug. 17, 1920, in Washington County, the daughter of Carson Archer and Margaret Sinn Reighard. She married George Frank Stever June 22, 1941, in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death.
