Eva Delcine Foss Rathmell
Eva Delcine Foss Rathmell, 95, of Washington, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2002, in the United Presbyterian Home, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, in First Christian Church, with the Rev. Richard Boyd officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Calling hours will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home, where the family will be present from 3 to 5 p.m. Memorials may be directed to First Christian Church or United Presbyterian Home.
