Eva W. Hootman
Eva W. Hootman, 92, of Fairfield, died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2004, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 27, at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. James McGaffey officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26, at the funeral home. A memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society Fund.
Mrs. Hootman was born on June 21, 1912,. near Stockport, to Edgar Lealdis and Edith (Crenshaw) Philps. On July 19, 1930, she married Fred I. Hootman in Fairfield. He preceded her in death in 1987.
