Evelyn E. Moeller

Evelyn E. Moeller, 92, of Houghton, died Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at West Point Care Center.

      A funeral mass will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 12, at St. John's Catholic Church in Houghton with Father Gary Beckman officiating. Burial will follow at St. John's Catholic Church Cemetery. Visitation will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 11, at the Link Funeral Home in West Point. There will be a Christian Wake service at 4 p.m. that day and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. A memorial has been established to Lee County Hospice and St. John's Cemetery Fund.

Survivors include a son, Adrian J. and his wife Mary Beth Moeller of Houghton; two daughters, Laverne and her husband Jim Merschman of West Point, and Janice and her husband Don Holtkamp of Salem; 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three infant daughters, one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter, three brothers and one sister.
