Evelyn Louise Long

COLUMBUS JUNCTION ? Evelyn Louise Long, 94, of Mount Pleasant, formerly of Columbus Junction, died Saturday, April 25, 2009, in Henry County Health Center in Mount Pleasant.

    Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 29, at the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction with the Rev. Faye Fedlam officiating.  Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery.  Following the committal services, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Columbus Junction Presbyterian Church.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.  A memorial fund has been established.

    Mrs. Long was born Feb. 4, 1915, in Eskridge, Kan., the daughter of Edward Wilson and Imo Ivalue (Dill) Fullerton.  She married Wilbur H. Long on Aug. 19, 1936, in Columbus Junction.
