Everett H. Schadt September 4, 1917 - September 23, 2005

      Everett H. Schadt, 88, of Davenport, formerly of Clinton, died Friday, Sept. 23, 2005 at Kahl Home for the Aged in Davenport.

      According to his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and a memorial service was held today 10:30 a.m. at the Community Congregational Church, UCC in Clinton. Graveside services were to be held Monday afternoon at White Oak Cemetery in rural Mt. Pleasant. The Pape Funeral Home is taking care of the arrangements. Memorials may be given to the Community Congregational Church or Kahl Home in Davenport.

      He is survived by his two sons, Harlan and his wife Leslie Schadt of Bettendorf, and Rev. Daniel and his wife Michelle Schadt of Clinton; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
