Everett Waterhouse

      Everett Waterhouse, 78, Iowa Veterans Home, Marshalltown, and formerly of Trenton, died on Saturday, January 4, 2003, at the Veterans Home.

      The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8 at the Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Jeffrey A. McPheron of the Trenton United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Green Mound Cemetery, rural Trenton, with full military honors conducted by the American Legion Robert Tribby Post #58, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #2561 and the AMVETS Post #44, all of Mt. Pleasant. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 7, at the funeral home with family present from 5 to 9 p.m. Memorials have been established to the National Alzheimer's Association or the Trenton United Methodist Church.
