Everette Paul Simmering
KALONA - Everette Paul Simmering, 82, of Kalona, formerly of Washington, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2006 in his home following a short illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29 in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation is from noon to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home. A memorial has been established for REM Iowa Inc.
Mr. Simmering was born Dec. 28, 1923, in Washington, the son of Henry and Cecile (Shockley) Simmering.
