F. Jean Swift

    F. Jean Swift, 82, of Washington, died Monday, June 29, in Halcyon House in Washington, following an extended illness.

    Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, at the St. James Catholic Church in Washington with the Rev. Paul Appel officiating.  Burial will be at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.  Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.  Prayers services will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.  Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County.

    Mrs. Swift was born July 24, 1926, in Indiana, the daughter of Robert and Florence (Hancock) Ufhiel.  She married Robert Swift in April 1944 in Chula Vista, Calif.
