F. Kenneth Hughes

      F. Kenneth Hughes, 97, of Keosauqua, died at 4;15 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2007, at Van Buren Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

      A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. ellis andrews officiating. Burial will be in Harness Cemetery in Mount Sterling.

      Family visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

      Memorials to Harness Cemetery may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at Route 2, Box 69, Kahoka, MO 63445.

      Mr. Hughes was born June 9, 1910, in Van Buren County, the son of Charles W. and Alma Hackard Hughes. He married Mary DaVolt Feb. 14, 1968. She died March 16, 1978. He married Grace Walker Bennett Oct. 23, 1994. She died May 7, 2003.
