F.W. 'Ferno' Schnoebelen
F.W. "Ferno" Schnoebelen, 98, formerly of Riverside, died March 5, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following declining health.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be held Saturday, March 8, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Riverside with the Rev. Rich Adam officiating. Burial will be in St. Vincent Cemetery in rural Riverside. Visitation will be Friday, March 7 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Sorden-Lewis Funeral Home in Riverside. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. that evening. A memorial has been established at the funeral home.
