Father James E. Grubb
OTTUMWA - Father James E. Grubb, 83, of Ottumwa died Oct. 13, 2005, at Vista Woods Care Center.
A Mass of Christian Burial was observed Oct. 17, at St. Mary of the Visitation in Ottumwa. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery in Ottumwa. A memorial has been established for the Priests' Aid Society of the Diocese of Davenport. Reece Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Fr. Grubb was born Nov. 23, 1921, in Oskaloosa to John Pearl and Irene (Mansfield) Grubb.
