Faye C. Kos

      WELLMAN - Faye C. Kos, 60, of Wellman died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2007 in an auto accident on Highway 92 near Sigourney.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21 in Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church in Kalona with the Rev. Don Patterson officiating. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today in Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona where the family will be present, and continue Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the family present from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona. Memorials may be made to the Lower Deer Creek Church or Emmanuel Reformed Church.

      Mrs. Kos was born Dec. 14, 1946 in Morrison, Ill., the daughter of Gilbert and Frances (Buikema) Damhoff. She married Gary Kos on Oct. 6, 1973 in the Emmanuel Reformed Church in Morrison, Ill.
