Fern Brandau June 25, 1915 - January 7, 2004

Fern Ethel Brandau, 88, of Burlington, died at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2004, at Danville Care Center.

      The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 10 at Lunning Chapel in Burlington, with the Rev. Forrest Krummel officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, Jan. 10 at the chapel, with family present one hour prior to the service. A memorial has been established to the First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, LaDonna Putnam of Burlington, and LaRee Godes of DeWitt; and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

      She was preceded in death by her parents.
