Flora Ellen Meyer
Flora Ellen Meyer, 92, of Washington, died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2004, at United Presbyterian Home, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, at United Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday, with family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to United Presbyterian Home. Jones-Eden Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Meyer was born Jan. 3, 1912, the daughter of Thomas L. and Flora Adeline (Espy) Dodds. She married Maurice L. Meyer on Feb. 2, 1942, in Washington.
