Florence I. Maas
KALONA - Florence I. Maas, 99, of Hills, and formerly of rural Riverside, died Monday, Feb. 3, 2003, at Atrium Village in Hills, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. Paul Akin officiating. Burial will be prior to the service in Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Iowa City. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. There will be no viewing before the service on Thursday. Memorials may be directed to First United Methodist Church, Corona Chapter of the OES, or the Atrium Village.
