Florence Mary Moeller

      FORT MADISON-Florence Mary Moeller, 72, of West Point, died Monday, Oct. 23, 2006, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

      The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 27, at the St. James Catholic Church in St. Paul, with the Rev. Thomas Parlette as celebrant. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery in St. Paul. A rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. Thursday at the church. The family will meet with friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church, where the Christian Wake Service will be held at 7 p.m. Memorials have been established for the St. James Catholic Church or the American Cancer Society. Barr Memorial Chapel in Fort Madison is handling the arrangements.

      Mrs. Moeller was born June 2, 1934, to Edmond and Bertille (Fritz) Zelinski, in rural Fairfield. She married Robert B. Moeller on June 27, 1959, in Pleasant Plain.
