Florence Williams
Mt. PLEASANT - Florence Williams, 98, of Mt. Pleasant, died Sunday, July 16, 2006 in the Park Place Long Term Care Center.
An Order of the Eastern Star service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 20 in the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant. A funeral service will follow with the Rev. Pat Youngquist of the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Pleasant officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Home Cemetery. Family will greet friends and relatives one hour prior to the services on Thursday morning. Memorials may be made to the Mt. Pleasant Public Library, the Oakland Mills Nature Center and the Southeast Iowa Antique Car Club at Old Threshers.
