Floyd Johnson

      BRIGHTON - Floyd Johnson, 84, of Pleasant Plain died Wednesday, April 11, 2007 in Mesa, Ariz. following a brief illness.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 17 in the Gould Funeral Home in Brighton with the Rev. Greg Berkey of Watertown, S.D. officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Plain Friends Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Monday in the funeral home with the family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Aztec Worship Center in Mesa.

      Mr. Johnson was born on Dec. 2, 1922 near Pleasant Plain, the son of Oscar and Esther (Williams) Johnson. He married Hazel Mullikin on Feb. 10, 1946. She preceded him in death in 1967. He later married Margery Van Sickle on Sept. 7, 1968.
