Forrest Ketcham
Forrest Ketcham, 95, of Fort Madison, formerly of Jefferson County, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, at home.
A service was held today at Barr Memorial Chapel and Funeral Home in Fort Madison.
Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children and may be mailed to 202 15th St., Fort Madison 52627.
Mr. Ketcham was born Dec. 29, 1912, in Jefferson County, the son of Carl and Ethel Whitcomb Ketcham. He married Gertrude Conradt.
