Forrest Sims Sr.
Forrest L. "Forrie" Sims Sr., 82, formerly of Galesburg, Ill., died at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2003, at Heartland Health Care Center.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel, with the Rev. Tom Ek officiating. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the chapel. Memorials have been established to the Covenant Church, Hemo-Dialysis Unit at Cottage Hospital and Heartland Health Care Center.
