Frances and Franklin Mullen
The Graveside memorial service for Frances and Franklin Mullen of Washington, and formerly of Donnellson, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday Sept. 28, at the Keokuk National Cemetery. Masonic rites by the George Washington Masonic Lodge of Donnellson and full military rites by the Donnellson American Legion will be held at the graveside for Franklin Mullen. Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Donnellson is in charge of arrangements.
